Baton Rouge, LA (September 10, 2021) – An auto accident reported in the Baton Rouge area caused moderate delays in traffic throughout the area while leaving at least one person injured. At around 1:30 p.m., on September 10, the Baton Rouge Police Department was notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Airline Highway.
Reports from local authorities indicate that a collision between vehicles caused moderate delays in the area of Airline Highway between Florida Boulevard and South Village Lane.
The incident prompted the police and firefighters to close off the roadway for an extended time as they worked to clear the scene.
