Baton Rouge, LA – Accident with Injuries on I-110 N near Government St
Baton Rouge, LA (April 8, 2021) – An automobile accident reported in the Baton Rouge area resulted in injuries. At around 8:20 p.m., on April 7, emergency crews were called to assist at the scene of an accident on Interstate 110 North.
Reports from authorities show that a collision between motor vehicles occurred on the northbound side of the interstate that blocked the roadway near the exit with Government Street.
The incident caused some disruptions in traffic throughout the area that expanded back as far as Dalrymple Drive.
At least one person was transported to a local hospital for medical assistance. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
