Lafayette, LA (April 24, 2021) – An automobile accident reported on Thursday in the Lafayette Parish area ended in injuries. Just after 10:20 a.m., on April 22, emergency crews were called to the site of a crash on East Broussard Road.
According to reports provided by local law enforcement, a collision between vehicles occurred on East Broussard Road at the intersection with River Woods Drive.
The incident resulted in confirmed injuries. Medics rendered aid to those harmed at the scene of the accident before transporting them to area hospitals for further care. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
