Lafayette, LA (April 20, 2021) – An automobile accident reported on Saturday evening ended in injuries. On April 17, the police and firefighters responded to the scene of a crash on Johnston Street.
Reports from authorities show that at around 8:30 p.m., a collision between vehicles took place on Johnston Street near South College Road. The incident prompted crews to secure the area and clear vehicles and debris from the roadway.
EMS tended to injured victims on-site before transporting them to area hospitals for further care. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
