Carencro, LA (March 22, 2021) – An automobile accident reported in the Carencro area claimed the lives of two people on Sunday, March 21st. Emergency crews were called to the scene on Veterans Drive at an unspecified time.
Reports from authorities show that a collision between at least two vehicles took place on Veterans Drive near the intersection with Interstate 49. The incident blocked the roadway, causing moderate delays throughout the area as crews worked to clear the scene.
A total of two people involved in the crash were fatally wounded. Both victims were pronounced deceased at the scene due to their injuries. At this time, details concerning the total number of people injured in the accident are limited.
