Jefferson Parish, LA – Three Die From Carbon Monoxide Poisoning in Marrero Home
Jefferson Parish, LA (September 03, 2021) – Three family members from Marrero died from carbon monoxide poisoning from an emergency generator they were using during the post-Hurricane Ida power outage.
A woman and her two children had set up the brand new generator against an outside wall of their house.
The victims have since been identified as 54-year-old Demetrice Johnson, 23-year-old Dasjonay Curly, and 17-year-old Craig Curly.
