Kelsey J. Whitmore is originally from Memphis, TN, the city that she says is the best in the world. She graduated from Tennessee State University in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in History. She joined Smiley Injury Law as our Client Success Coordinator in January 2021.

Before joining the firm, Kelsey was a former 6th and 2nd grade teacher. She plans to one day attend law school and become a juvenile attorney. Her most important goal that she plans to accomplish is becoming the first female Mayor of Memphis.

When not helping clients, Kelsey enjoys cooking, exploring New Orleans, watching shows that she’s already seen a million times, and playing with Dr. Cuba aka Papi, her hyperactive chihuahua.
