Lafayette, LA (April 26, 2021) – An automobile accident in the Lafayette area ended in injuries. On April 24, the police, firefighters, and EMS responded to the scene of a crash on Kaliste Saloom Road.
According to local news sources, a collision took place in the 2500 block of the roadway at approximately 1:10 p.m. The crash caused some disruptions in the area as the local police worked to clear the scene.
Emergency medical services responded to the scene and rendered aid to injured victims before transporting them to area hospitals for further care. At this time, the incident remains under investigation with the police in Lafayette Parish.
