New Orleans, LA (May 2, 2021) – An automobile accident reported in the New Orleans area ended in injuries. At around 4:36 p.m., on April 28, emergency crews were notified that a crash occurred on Interstate 610.
According to reports, a collision between motor vehicles occurred on the westbound side of Interstate 610 just before Canal Boulevard. The incident caused minor delays in the area as the police and firefighters worked to clear the roadway.
Medics responded to the scene of the accident and rendered aid to those harmed. At least one person was subsequently transported to a local hospital for further care. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
