New Orleans, LA – Accident With Injuries Between Williams Blvd and Loyola Dr Exits

New Orleans, LA (August 27, 2021) – On Friday, August 27th, Louisiana State Police were called to the site of a car crash with injuries at about 5:30 p.m. on a highway in Orleans Parish.

It took place in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 between the off-ramp for Loyola Drive and the off-ramp for Williams Boulevard.    

The affected portion of the interstate was shut down.

Emergency medical personnel also responded to the scene to provide the injured parties with any necessary medical treatment or emergency transportation.

This accident is under investigation by the Louisiana State Police.
