New Orleans, LA (July 13, 2021) – Local first responders as well as police officers were called to the site of a vehicle crash at about 5:55 p.m. on Tuesday, July 13th.

Police reported that the collision happened in the westbound lanes of Interstate 10 near the merge for Interstate 610 in the area of West End Boulevard in New Orleans.

The area was closed down while crash investigators determined the cause of the crash and paramedics worked to medically assess and treat those involved and administer the appropriate medical care. 

No more information, including the number of injured victims and the extent of their injuries, is currently available as the investigation is still ongoing.
