Speeding is a hazard drivers can face on any roadway, not just interstates. About 34% of all deadly speeding accidents take place on isolated rural roadways and crowded city streets.

Our New Orleans personal injury attorneys fully support our clients and strive to see that they gain maximum compensation for their losses.

Vehicle speed accounts for about 30% of all road fatalities. On any roadway, you should remain aware of your speed. Even though driving faster can be tempting, speeding up by even a few miles per hour raises your odds of getting a police citation and being injured in an accident.

Our New Orleans personal injury attorneys at Smiley Law Firm care about their clients. When you are harmed by another driver’s negligence, speak with a New Orleans car accident attorney as soon as you are able.

Drivers should be aware of how fast they are going along with the speeds of those around them. Louisiana has a lot of famous tourist destinations and often hosts exhibitions that draw large crowds from other states and countries. Drivers from other places are unfamiliar with our speed limits and traffic patterns and are less likely to observe traffic laws than those who live here.
