New Orleans, LA – I-10 at Claiborne Ave Partially Shut Down After Injury Crash

New Orleans, LA (August 10, 2021) – On Tuesday, August 10th, officers from the New Orleans Police Department reported to the scene of a car crash with injuries.

The accident occurred in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 in the area of North Claiborne Avenue. Both the lefthand and righthand lanes of traffic were closed down between the scene and Poydras Street. 

Emergency medical personnel also responded to the scene to provide the injured parties with any necessary medical treatment or emergency transportation.

No additional information is available at this time.

This accident is under investigation by the New Orleans Police Department.
