New Orleans, LA – NOPD Responds to Injury Crash on Highrise Bridge

New Orleans, LA (July 03, 2021) – Emergency response crews and local law enforcement officers reported to the site of a road accident in New Orleans on Saturday, July 3rd.

The accident took place at about 2:55 a.m. in the westbound lanes of Interstate 10 along the Highrise Bridge.

The number of victims and the degree to which they were injured was not made immediately clear.

The scene was cordoned off while crash investigators discovered the cause of the accident and emergency medical services worked to medically assess and render aid to those involved and administer the appropriate medical care.
