New Orleans, LA – Two Adults, One Child Killed in Crash at Morrison Rd and Gannon Rd

New Orleans, LA (June 27, 2021) – Three people died in an accident on Saturday, June 26th in New Orleans East.

The crash took place at about 6:00 p.m. at the intersection of Gannon Road and Morrison Road. Two adults, a man and a woman, and a young girl were located deceased inside one of the vehicles. 

According to authorities, a witness saw the vehicle crash into a roadside canal and notified the police. The names of the deceased are being withheld pending notification of the next of kin.

The accident remains under investigation. 

Blood and alcohol tests are pending. The Orleans Parish Coroner will conduct an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
