New Orleans, LA – Vehicle Collision With Injuries Near Metairie Rd
New Orleans, LA (August 12, 2021) – A collision involving at least two vehicles caused injuries to those involved on Thursday, August 12th in New Orleans.
Local law enforcement officers stated that the crash took place at about 9:00 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 in the area of Metairie Road causing stop-and-go traffic back to Bonnabel Boulevard.
Police officers and emergency responders were both called to the area. Paramedics evaluated everyone who was involved in the accident. At least one person was injured badly enough to require transport to a local hospital.
