Plain Dealing, LA – Two-Vehicle Crash on LA-2 near Gilliam Scotts Slough Rd Claims Life of Rosina Cascio
Plain Dealing, LA (June 15, 2021) – One woman has lost her life following a motor vehicle accident in the Plain Dealing area on Wednesday. On June 9, the Caddo County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene of an accident on Louisiana State Highway 2.
Reports from authorities show that a pickup truck was traveling north on Gilliam Scotts Slough Road when it collided with a westbound pickup truck at the intersection of Louisiana State Highway 2.
A passenger in the northbound pickup truck, identified as 84-year-old Rosina Cascio of Shreveport, was fatally injured in the accident and pronounced deceased by authorities. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
