Jordan Westerfield is an attorney who is dedicated to advocating for individuals and families harmed in accidents caused by negligence. He is passionate about precision, preparation, and guiding clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. At the firm, Jordan handles every aspect of a case from intake through resolution, working diligently to protect his clients’ rights and pursue fair compensation.
Jordan earned his Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center in 2022, graduating cum laude. During law school, he developed a strong foundation in legal writing, research, and trial advocacy, skills that directly support his work in personal injury litigation. He graduated from Tulane University in 2019, where he refined his analytical thinking and communication abilities. His academic background reinforced his belief that the law is not only a profession, but a tool to hold wrongdoers accountable and advocate for those who have been harmed.
Jordan’s commitment to plaintiff-side advocacy is deeply rooted in his family’s legal legacy. His uncle, Louis Westerfield, was a lawyer and law professor who made history as the first African-American Dean of the University of Mississippi School of Law. His dedication to justice and legal education left a lasting impression and continues to influence Jordan’s approach to representing injured clients with integrity, compassion, and determination.
Outside of the office, Jordan is actively involved in the legal community and serves as co-chair of the Community Service Department of the Louis A. Martinet Legal Foundation. He values time with family and friends and remains committed to continued professional and personal growth.
