Gretna, LA – Injuries Reported in Car Crash on US-90 at The Crescent City Connection Bridge
Gretna, LA (March 24, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Gretna area resulted in injuries and delays. At around 10:27 p.m., on March 22, emergency crews were called to the site of a traffic-related incident on US Highway 90.
Reports from authorities show that a collision took place on the westbound side of the highway near the Crescent City Connection bridge. The incident blocked the two right lanes of the roadway, causing moderate disruptions in traffic.
Medics were requested at the scene to treat injured victims and transport those in need of further care to area hospitals. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
