Lafayette, LA – Accident on Hector Connoly Rd Ends in Injuries
Lafayette, LA (April 18, 2021) – Authorities were called to the site of a motor vehicle accident that sent an unknown number of people to area hospitals with injuries. On April 18, the police and firefighters in Lafayette responded to the scene of a crash on Hector Connoly Road.
Reports from the Lafayette Parish Communication District show that at approximately 5:26 p.m., a collision between vehicles occurred in the 100 block of Hector Connoly Road. The incident caused some delays in the area as crews worked to clear the scene.
EMS tended to injured parties on-site before transporting those in need of further care to area hospitals. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are under investigation.
