Baton Rouge, LA (June 16, 2021) – The police, firefighters, and EMS in Baton Rouge were requested at the scene of an accident on Main Street. On June 15, emergency crews were notified that a crash on Main Street required assistance.
Reports from the Baton Rouge Police Department indicate that at around 8:33 p.m., a collision between vehicles blocked the 5500 block of Main Street near Carpenter Road.
The incident caused moderate disruptions in traffic throughout the area. EMS tended to injured parties at the scene and transported those in need of further medical attention to area hospitals. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
