Baton Rouge, LA – Pedestrian Injured in Truck Accident on Highlandia Dr
Baton Rouge, LA (June 24, 2021) – Police responded to the scene when a pedestrian was hit and subsequently injured by a pick-up truck on Thursday, June 24th.
Reports from the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office show that the accident took place at about 7:00 a.m. when a pedestrian was struck in the parking lot of Scott Fence in the 200 block of Highlandia Drive, in the area of Highland Road and Lavo Lane.
First responders confirmed that the pedestrian was conscious but suffering from multiple injuries. They were taken to a local medical facility for treatment.
