Crowley, LA – Three Killed in Four-Vehicle Crash on I-10 near MM 77
Crowley, LA (April 8, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident reported in Acadia Parish claimed the lives of three people on Thursday morning. On April 8, the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene of an accident on Interstate 10.
Reports provided by local law enforcement show that a crash between four vehicles occurred on the westbound side of the Interstate near mile marker 77. The incident caused severe delays in the area.
Emergency crews closed off the roadway as they worked to clear the scene. Two people inside one eastbound vehicle were declared deceased at the scene. A third victim also suffered fatal injuries. At this time, investigations surrounding the accident are underway.
