East Feliciana, LA (May 12, 2021) – A fire incident reported in the Clinton area claimed the life of one man on Thursday evening. On May 6, the Bluff Creek Fire Department responded to the scene of a fire incident on Robins Road.

Reports from authorities show that a fire broke out at a mobile home located in the 12000 block of Robins Road. Crews arrived at the scene and began battling the blaze.

Once the fire was under control, firefighters located a man inside the home. The victim, identified as a 43-year-old man, was fatally injured. He was declared deceased from his injuries. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
