Killian, LA – Brittany Costello Killed in Wreck on Killian Bridge
Killian, LA (July 23, 2021) – 34-year-old Brittany Costello, a resident of Denham Springs died in a car accident on Killian Bridge on Sunday, July 18th.
Costello was killed during a two-vehicle collision that took place at about 8:00 p.m. Members of the Killian Police Department responded to the scene and asked the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office to assist with the investigation.
Deputies with the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office reported that two vehicles were driving in opposite directions close to the south end of the Killian Bridge when, for reasons that have yet to be determined, one of the vehicles crossed over the centerline.
The other driver involved in the crash sustained serious injuries and was transported by paramedics to a local hospital for emergency medical treatment.
The investigation into this accident is ongoing.
