Baton Rouge, LA (July 30, 2021) – A traffic-related incident reported in the Baton Rouge area sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries. At approximately 6:22 a.m., on July 30, the Louisiana State Police responded to the scene of a crash on Interstate 110.

Reports from authorities show that a collision blocked the southbound side of Interstate 110. The incident caused moderate delays due to its blocking of several lanes on the interstate near Memorial Stadium.

Emergency medical services responded to the scene to treat injured victims and provide those in need of further care with transportation to area hospitals. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
