Duson, LA – Collision Between Tractor-Trailer and Livestock Transporter Kills Two, Injures 5 on I-10
Duson, LA (July 06, 2021) – The westbound lanes of Interstate 10 were shut down following a head-on accident near the Duson exit ramp on Tuesday, July 6th.
Eyewitness accounts indicate that a tractor-trailer heading westbound on the interstate swerved into the median and crossed into eastbound traffic where it collided head-on with a truck moving livestock and then overturned.
Officers confirmed that two people were killed during the accident and five more were injured.
