As the Intake Specialist, I am often the first point of contact for clients, and I take that responsibility seriously. My goal is to ensure every person who reaches out feels heard, supported, and confident that they are in the right place.

My professional background is rooted in early childhood development and teaching, along with experience in business management. This unique combination has shaped my ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and approach every situation with patience and empathy. I have also spent many years working in customer service–focused roles, which has strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, responsive support to every client.

Outside of work, I am a dedicated advocate for domestic violence shelters and causes that support individuals in need of safety and stability. When I’m not in the office, I stay busy caring for my three children and our lively household of six pets, which keeps life both full and rewarding.
